Welcome to the Atlanta Hub at the William B. Hartsfield International Airport! Hartsfield Airport serves as the southeastern hub of American Flight Airways operations. Flights to destinations in the US, Latin America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia originate from the Atlanta Hub. AFA flights originate out of concourses A, B, C, D, and T at Hartsfield. Hartsfield is one of the busiest airports in the world in terms of aircraft traffic and passengers. Atlanta is the home of cable TV, Coca-Cola and many Fortune 500 companies. Atlanta was AFA's 2nd largest superhub beginning operations in 1997 and continues to be a great hub for American Flight Airways.

Atlanta Hub Report - September
Posted by Jim Warden on October 1, 2008 at 3:42 PM MDT

Atlanta Pilots:

The summer season is winding to a close, and with that we see temps dropping and the cold weather coming more often. Also, the start of the NFL season is offically underway for those of us in the USA. We are working on setting up a charter for the Atlanta Falcons team to fly the team to some of their away games. Keep checking for updates on the forum, since the charter system is still undergoing maintenance. In other news, I hope that you are all faring well with the recent downturn in the economy. I was furloughed from my airline, and now am working in a different industry for the time being until aviation picks up again here stateside. My best wishes to all of you and your family. Ok, now on to the good stuff!

Here\'s the hub stats for September......

Active: 54 Pilots
Inactive: 14 Pilots
